Over a 4 week period, a tea room was constructed and reconstructed in a small storefront. Tea was served three nights a week free of charge to all visitors. In between servings, the room was reconfigured through arranging tarp partitions, lights, improvised furniture and other simple elements. Tea Building simultaneously functioned as a spatial laboratory and an alternative social space. Photographs and drawings document the room through all iterations.
